Biff Poggi to leave St. Frances and return to Michigan football staff; former head coach Messay Hailemariam to take over

Football coach Biff Poggi will leave St. Frances to rejoin Jim Harbaugh’s staff at the University of Michigan where he’ll serve as an associate coach, he said Saturday. Messay Hailemariam will become the Panthers’ head coach.
