Citing economic hit from coronavirus, Gov. Hogan vetoes legislation to improve Maryland schools, allows Pimlico bill to become law

Hogan said the coronavirus pandemic “has caused sudden and unprecedented economic turmoil” that will affect Maryland family, business and local government budgets.
