Clarke Blvd. to close at Route 1 in Halethorpe for one year, part of $26 million project to replace bridge

The end of Clarke Boulevard at Route 1 in Halethorpe will close for at least one year starting this week, as the State Highway Administration begins reconstruction of the Washington Boulevard intersection over CSX Transportation rail lines.
