Developer of controversial affordable housing project in East Towson threatens legal action over county bill they claim would kill project

The nonprofit seeking to build a widely opposed affordable housing project in East Towson has said it will “pursue legal action” if a County Council bill that would drastically reduce the height of the planned building passes.
