More than $325,000 flowing to U.S. Rep. Andy Harris’ 2020 reelection campaign was redirected to conservative groups or causes, state and national GOP organizations and fundraising platforms, and fellow House members who supported Trump’s efforts to overturn the presidential election. He donated another $70,000 through his Chesapeake PAC.
