‘It’s getting harder’: As coronavirus spreads, Marylanders overseas hope window to get home soon isn’t closing

The U.S. State Department has coordinated the return of Americans from 74 countries since the end of January. But an untold number of Marylanders and other Americans remain waiting to return from overseas.
