Man shot to death in Hanlon Longwood neighborhood Tuesday night

A man was killed Tuesday night in Northwest Baltimore, police said. Around 8:41 p.m., the victim, 25, was shot in the head and upper body around in the 2900 block of Edgewood St., in the city’s Hanlon Longwood neighborhood, according to police. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died….
