Maryland election board reverses course on mail-only June primary, recommends limited in-person voting

Yielding to pressure from voting rights advocates, the Maryland Board of Elections reversed itself Thursday, recommending the state offer at least one in-person voting center in each county for the June 2 primary in spite of concerns about the new coronavirus outbreak.
