Maryland Gov. Hogan says Senate shouldn’t push through SCOTUS nominee before election

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan, a Republican, said it would be a mistake for the GOP-held U.S. Senate to confirm a United States Supreme Court nominee on a party-line vote ahead of November’s presidential election.
