Maryland legislators debate lifting caps on how much cities can be forced to pay for rogue police actions

Maryland’s Judicial Proceedings Committee debated a second slate of police reform legislation Tuesday, including bills addressing the public release of body worn camera footage and lifting the cap off of settlement amounts regarding police misconduct.
