President Biden tours Port of Baltimore to tout infrastructure bill as his administration seeks to regain momentum

The Democratic president also used the visit to make a case for another item on his agenda: the $1.75 trillion Build Back Better package, which aims to expand health care, combat climate change, fund universal pre-kindergarten and expand paid family and medical leave for workers.
