‘Sing Out’ at Towson’s Recher to counter domestic abuse

Carly Troyer of West Towson reached out to the Pink & Blues Music Foundation for help organizing a concert to combat domestic violence. “Sing Out Against Domestic Abuse,” will take place on Aug., 17 at The Recher.
