U.S. Education Secretary Miguel Cardona visits Community College of Baltimore County campus

Cardona’s visit follows the Biden administration’s recent unveiling of a $1.8 trillion American Families Plan that would make two years of community college free to all Americans and provide childcare support for low- and middle-income families.
