Wrestling: Carroll County falls short of claiming state title with four runner-up finishes

Carroll County’s 35-year streak of producing at least one wrestling champion came to an end last year at the annual state tournament. The county sent 18 wrestlers into action this weekend at Show Place Arena in an effort to start a new run.

That run will have to wait for at least another year.
