Polls open as Marylanders weigh decisions on everything from governor to marijuana legalization

Polls opened at 7 a.m. across Maryland as voters cast ballots for races from governor on down. But issues, like legalizing marijuana, abortion, or a desired change in leadership, drove others to the polls.
