A cat died and a civilian suffered a medical condition Sunday following a house fire in Joppa, fire officials said. The one-alarm blaze in the 1700 block of Old Joppa Road was reported at 12:05 p.m., according to Andrew Doyle, public information officer for Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company….
