Activists dismayed after witnessing dismissal of hate crime charges in murder of Bowie State student

The Caucus of African American Leaders organized a bus trip from Annapolis to the Upper Marlboro Tuesday, where actiists watched as a judge dismissed hate crime charges against Sean Urbanski. The Severna Park man is on trial for the murder of Army 2nd Lt. Richard Collins III.
