After Trump urges supporters to monitor polls, vice chair of Maryland election board warns against voter intimidation

Amid growing national concern about the possibility that poll watching could turn into voter intimidation during the November election, the vice chairman of the Maryland State Board of Elections issued a warning Thursday reminding state residents that voter intimidation is illegal in Maryland.
