The Board of Supervisors of Elections revoked the candidacy of Mary Anne Arnett who was running for the Ward 7 seat on the Annapolis Democratic Central Committee. Arnett, the sister of Alderman Ross Arnett, D-Ward 8, was also serving as his campaign manager. The decision was made in a closed session.
