The Anne Arundel County Council passed a bill that would allow flexibility for developers to expand workforce housing in areas zoned for mixed use, drawing a lengthy debate among members and opposing written testimony from 15 residents. Many of the residents in opposition wrote some variation of, “Not in my neighborhood.”
