Baltimore bought $30,000 in tickets to CIAA tournament; officials strike deal for lower price amid questions

After the city ethics board advised Baltimore elected officials that they couldn’t accept CIAA basketball tournament tickets from Visit Baltimore, the mayor’s office bought thousands of dollars’ worth for distributing to youth teams, neighborhood groups and city staff.
