Baltimore Council President Nick Mosby to propose reviving dollar house program in historically redlined areas

Baltimore City Council President Nick Mosby is calling on Mayor Brandon Scott to use nearly a third of the city’s $641 million allocation from the American Rescue Plan for housing programs.
