Baltimore County Board of Education delays vote on boundary study for northeast-area middle schools

The Baltimore County Board of Education on Tuesday voted to postpone an order to start a boundary study for middle schools in the northeastern part of the county, focused on Perry Hall Middle, which is about 250 students overcapacity.

“We are in a predicament,” Board Chair Kathleen Causey said.
