Baltimore County Public Schools fully reopen for in-person instruction for first time in more than a year

Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski Jr. and county schools Superintendent Darryl Williams visited with students and educators on the first full day of school Monday, making stops at Loch Raven High School, Cockeysville Middle School, Scotts Branch Elementary School and Catonsville Elementary School.
