Baltimore County schools to remove children’s Black Lives Matter chalk art from Hillcrest Elementary after free speech tussle

Because of increasing and sometimes aggressive complaints over the chalk art to the school system, Baltimore County Public Schools will remove “Black Lives Matter” chalk from Hillcrest Elementary School in Catonsville.
