Beyond corndogs and funnel cakes: Food from around the world comes to the Maryland State Fair

Growing up and going to the fair, Saran Plork didn’t see her culture reflected in the food offerings. She’s serving Cambodian street corn at the Maryland State Fair, one of several vendors diversifying the definition of carnival fare.
