Boy killed in Baltimore County shopping center shooting lost a half-brother to gun violence years earlier

Rickie Forehand, the 13-year-old who was fatally shot in the parking lot of a Rosedale shopping center, was the half-brother of Jeffrey Quick III, a 15-year-old who was fatally shot in Baltimore’s Harlem Park neighborhood in August 2017.
