Child Victims Act receives preliminary approval on Maryland House floor: ‘It has taken a long time, so let’s not wait any longer’

The Maryland House of Delegates has given preliminary approval to a hard-fought bill to remove a statute of limitations on lawsuits against child sex abusers.
