City issues boil water advisory to some city and county users after E. coli bacteria are found in West Baltimore drinking water

E. coli bacteria have been detected in some samples of the water supply in parts of West Baltimore, city officials announced Monday as they required thousands of residents in parts of the city and Anne Arundel and Baltimore counties boil their water.
