Drunken driver who struck, killed Columbia man on I-95 sentenced to 24 months for manslaughter

A Baltimore man who in September 2019 struck and killed a Columbia resident on Interstate 95 in Arbutus was sentenced Monday to serve 24 months in jail after emotional testimony from the victim’s family and friends.
