Final vote on Gov. Wes Moore’s pick to lead juvenile services agency delayed as other cabinet members approved

Acting Secretary of Juvenile Services Vincent Schiraldi, a former commissioner of New York City’s Department of Correction, is expected to receive final confirmation next week from the Maryland Senate. But he has received criticism from some Republicans.
