Five children under 17 have been shot in the past week, leaving Baltimore leaders mad and promising change

Five young people being shot in less than a week has angered city leaders and prompted calls for action. Mayor Brandon Scott called on police to identify “special initiatives,” and pledged to hold city agencies accountable for providing better resources for city youth.
