Former education staffers report toxic workplace, Blueprint concerns as Maryland superintendent’s job is on line

The Maryland State Board of Education has two months to decide whether to sign a new contract with Superintendent of Schools Mohammed Choudhury, who has faced the early years of a reform plan and generated complaints of a toxic work environment.
