Constance Morella and Wayne Gilchrest, two Maryland Republicans who served multiple terms in the U.S. House of Representatives, have both endorsed Democratic candidate for president Joe Biden over incumbent Republican Donald Trump as a group of former GOP legislators have chosen to support the former Vice President for the 2020 election.
