From withholding tax refunds to voting rights for ex-felons, Anne Arundel lawmakers ready with a range of issues

There are more than two dozen bills pre-filed by Anne Arundel County delegates and senators in the lead up to the 2020 General Assembly session, which begins Wednesday at noon. Lawmakers have pre-filed legislation relating to withholding tax refunds for anyone with an outstanding warrant, hate crime definitions, access to voter registration information for ex-felons, and veterans services.
