Claiming that Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby’s handling of criminal prosecutions is contributing to crime in the city, Gov. Larry Hogan on Tuesday demanded Mosby produce detailed statistics on how often her office dismisses cases or strikes deals with defendants.
