John D. ‘Jack’ Manley, longtime athletic director, coach and Title IX pioneer at the CCBC Catonsville, dies

John D. “Jack” Manley, the first administrator of health, physical education, recreation and athletics and a Title IX pioneer at what is now the Community College of Baltimore County Catonsville, died Dec. 14 at his Catonsville home. He was 94.
