Neighbors said Everton Brown had a history of small disputes with members of his Woodlawn community. The 56-year-old’s years of erratic behavior devolved into deadly violence early Saturday morning, however, when he killed three neighbors and was fatally shot by police after an explosion collapsed his Parkview Crossing town house and an attached house, officials said.
