Marc Rosenberg, the “lemonade-shaking guy” whose manic energy and aerobic lemonade-selling routine at Camden Yards delighted park visitors, died Friday at an alternative medicine institute in Mexico of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The Owings Mills resident was 56.
