Maryland, CSX find $103M in extra funding to let ‘double-stacked’ freight move through Howard Street Tunnel

After months of negotiations, the state of Maryland and CSX Transportation have come up with the more than $100 million in additional funding needed to move forward with the expansion of the Howard Street Tunnel.
