Maryland Gov. Hogan, White House clash over plans to give out COVID-19 test kits

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan said some vendors put state orders for the tests on hold after President Joe Biden last week announced plans to distribute 500 million test kits. The White House said their plan should not affect states and that the vendors should not have put the orders on hold.
