Maryland governor: Trump’s ‘inciting violence with Twitter’ not helpful to Minneapolis after George Floyd death

Hogan, a Republican, was governor in 2015 when rioting and arson broke out in Baltimore after days of mostly peaceful protests spurred by the death of Freddie Gray, who was fatally wounded in police custody after being arrested on a minor charge.
