Maryland receives nearly $24 million in installments from opioid settlements

Maryland and most of its localities recently received nearly $24 million as the 2023 installments of payments for settlements aimed at abating the opioid crisis, the office of state Attorney General Anthony G. Brown announced Wednesday.
