Maryland settles dispute with politically connected PPE company over delivery of coronavirus supplies

Under the terms of the Oct. 9 settlement, Blue Flame kept an initial $6.3 million payment, while the state kept 37 ventilators Blue Flame delivered in May and June and agreed it would accept 1.55 million masks, which the company delivered after the settlement was reached.
