Maryland teens learn leadership skills, give back to community in program established by Rep. Elijah Cummings

Nearly 25 years ago, the late Rep. Elijah Cummings worked with the Baltimore Jewish Council to create the Elijah Cummings Youth Program, two-year fellowship program offered to rising juniors in high school who live or go to school in Maryland’s 7th congressional district.
