Maryland weather: Heavy rain in the Baltimore region during stormy start of the week

Showers and thunderstorms are expected to come and go through the Baltimore metro region through Tuesday evening, with the National Weather Service placing most of the area on a hazardous weather outlook for severe storms for Monday evening.
