Robert Raymond ‘Ray’ Riordon, who founded and coached the swimming program at Towson University, dies

Robert Raymond “Ray” Riordon, who founded the swimming program at what is now Towson University and served as its head coach for the first 30 years, died Saturday at his home in Millsboro, Delaware, due to kidney failure. He was 87.
