All lanes of Route 32 near the National Security Agency have reopened after emergency crews finished repairs of a large sinkhole Thursday evening, according to the State Highway Administration. The 8-foot-by-8-foot sinkhole had closed two lanes of traffic on the road for most of the day Thursday….
