Shots for tots: Maryland’s COVID-19 experts push for parents to protect little kids as vaccines are recommended for the youngest ages

Maryland health officials and other public health experts are hopeful that enough kids are vaccinated ahead of what’s expected to be a late summer or fall COVID wave, one fueled by new omicron subvariants that are gaining steam locally and nationally.
