Should Anne Arundel consider the impact of slavery and racism on land-use planning? Proposed GDP amendment says yes.

The Anne Arundel County Council will take up a final slew of amendments Monday night to the next General Development Plan, including one that would update the document’s equity statement to be more specific the county’s history of slavery and how its legacy affects water access.
